William C. Vanderbilt is an associate in SSJMKS’s Dallas office and focuses his practice on complex insurance-coverage litigation related to commercial general liability, property, and errors and omissions policies. He regularly analyzes multimillion-dollar claims, advises primary and excess insurers on their defense and indemnity obligations, and protects clients’ interests with reservation of rights letters, coverage denials, and declaratory-judgment actions.
