David J. Attwood

Legal Experience

Mr. Attwood is a partner at Savrick Schumann with a practice focusing on civil trial and business litigation involving complex business disputes and torts.  He has extensive experience in handling matters in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings. His work has involved hundreds of cases, including real estate litigation, title litigation, commercial construction disputes, deceptive trade practices, insurance coverage, unfair competition, trade secret disputes, noncompetition disputes and contractual disputes. In addition, Mr. Attwood has represented and provided counsel to clients on matters such as state and federal regulations and policy, trademark and copyright registration, commercial matters, and contractual negotiation related matters.  With this experience, Mr. Attwood is able to obtain results that best protect his client’s interests.
