Mr. Bloder's practice focuses on commerical litigation.

Originally from Clermont, Florida, Mr. Bloder moved to Austin in 2016 to complete his bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin. He then attended DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, where he served as a member of the DePaul Law Review, participated in the Civil Litigation and Health Law Clinic, and graduated cum laude. While in Chicago, Mr. Bloder clerked for the Honorable Justice Michael B. Hyman of the 1st Appellate District of Illinois.

Mr. Bloder returned to Austin and began his legal career at the Texas Attorney General’s Office in the Environmental Protection Division. As a member of the Enforcement Section, Mr. Bloder litigated a variety of environmental matters on behalf of the State, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Texas General Land Office, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.

Mr. Bloder joined our firm in 2024, where he supports partners across all practice areas, with a primary focus on commercial litigation. In his free time, he enjoys tabletop games, playing music, golfing, staying active, and spending time with his wife, Ava, and their dog, Zuko.
