Ms. Morris’s practice focuses on insurance coverage litigation and defense.

Ms. Morris is an experienced insurance coverage attorney specializing in resolving complex disputes related to insurance claims. She regularly advises primary and excess insurers on their defense and indemnity obligations and advocates for her clients’ interests by preparing coverage assessments, reservations of rights letters and denial analyses. With a strong background in both the prosecution and defense of declaratory judgment actions, Ms. Morris has successfully represented clients in a wide range of insurance coverage matters, including policy interpretation, bad faith claims, and coverage denials.

Known for a detail-oriented approach, Ms. Morris has extensive experience advising clients on the strengths and risks of their coverage positions. She also provides strategic counsel to insurers, navigating the intricacies of insurance law to achieve favorable outcomes in high-stakes situations.

With a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of insurance law, Ms. Morris is committed to delivering practical, effective, strategic solutions tailored to each client's specific needs. Ms. Morris is a former Major in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. While in the Army, Ms. Morris advised on a wide range of subject areas including administrative law, healthcare law, criminal law, civil law, fiscal law, contracts law, estate-planning, international law and humanitarian law.  Ms. Morris deployed to Afghanistan with 101st Airborne Division in 2013.  Ms. Morris is an author as well and wrote a children’s book called Who Is Sam the Soldier? which was published in 2019.
